When this customer called us for an inspection, they complained of a flooding basement that was causing damage to the walls and the floor. The water issue had been occurring for years since they purchased the home and they finally decided it was time to take action.
Our call center representative told them this was something we could absolutely help with and sent out a Systems Design Specialist to review the property. The design specialist found that there was indeed a substantial amount of damage from the water. He assured the customer that he had a solution specific to his situation. He sat down with them and reviewed the proposed work to be done, including giving an estimate for the job. When our work crew arrived, they installed a full perimeter subfloor drainage system called WaterGuard as well as a SuperSump pump to push the water through the discharge line and away from the home.
While the installation did not correct damage from the neglect, it assured that flooding would no longer be wreaking havoc on this customers home, thereby preventing further damage to the space. Due to having a full perimeter system installed, this customer's installation came with a lifetime warranty of a dry basement.
