This customer in Fitchburg, MA complained to us about their finished basement being flooded multiple times during the winter. He said that each time they got about 4 inches of water whenever the inconvenience happened. Once an appointment was finalized, we sent over an inspector to their location. He found that the basement could use a WaterGuard interior drainage system, a TrenchDrain and a TripleSafe sump pump. The water would fall into the WaterGuard system, then gets moved toward the TripleSafe to be discharged away from the basement. The TrenchDrain was placed at the doorway entrance of the bulkhead since that was an easy spot for water to creep through. It is specially designed to reinforce and stabilize basement walls. It contains a high strength epoxy resin that absorbs pressure from the walls. It requires no outside digging and can usually be applied in less than a day.

Now this customer has a stabilized foundation without the hassle and cost of other solutions.
