The property is on Cape Cod and has a high water table. Our TripleSafe pump system will ensure that the customer's basement will stay dry.
This customer in Eastham, MA had a few troubled areas in his finished basement. Water was seeping from the floor and he did not have any sump pump systems to get rid of the water. We took care of business by transforming the closet into a TripleSafe sump pump room!
There was a homeowner from Eastham, MA that kept hearing his sump pump run constantly which was infuriating. The noise was getting annoying and he was becoming worried about it breaking down and not working during a rainstorm. When we took a look at his sump, the whole system was clogged up by old debris that was scattered around. To provide a solution, we installed our SuperSump pumping system in the opposite corner of his current sump, we added an UltraSump backup battery as well!

Dampness in Crawlspace, Eastham, MA
There was a customer from Eastham, MA with issues in regards of his musty crawlspace. There was an overload of moisture taking up the space and it was causing the relative humidity to rise. When issues like this come up, we turn to our CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture out of the crawlspace. So the crew laid out some drainage matting to put onto the floor, cleaned up any debris and encapsulated the area with CleanSpace.
Additional Sump Pump Installed in Eastham, MA
A homeowner in Eastham, MA had owned his house for 10 years with an existing sump pump. But he was looking to add an additional one for safety measures, since his basement tends to get a lot of water in during the rainy days.. Our inspector visited the home to write up a proposal that would suit the basement best, and a SuperSump pumping system was the final result! Our production crew then made a sump pit in the opposite corner of the existing sump and installed the SuperSump. If this homeowner loses power, he won't have to worry anymore because we also installed an UltraSump backup pumping system to turn on if the incident does occur! Nothing but a peace of mind was delivered!

My home was built in 1840 and has some spots that are sagging. It looks like previous renovations by the previous owner did not take into consideration supporting floor joist in some areas (basement) and some of the existing supports are simply sitting on the ground (crawl space). There may also be a corner sill that is going or gone.

My basement, in my vacation home, occasionally gets water on the floor after a bad rain. Also, there is a musty odor and I suspect some mildew issues. It is affecting my allergies as well. We are running a dehumidifier but to run it constantly it burns out the motor. We are only here on and off. I would like to get the basement into a condition where it is clean and odor free so people can be on the main floor without problems.

I have a 24 x 30 cottage that I use for weekly seasonal rentals. Put plastic down on dirt in crawlspace several years ago. that helps but still but have mold on insulation batting, probably on joists, insulation falling down, subfloor in house has "bubbles" in plywood. Stuffy, mildewy smell in house- usually not noticed until fall. Crawlspace contains stubby water heater. Crawlspace accessed by bulkhead.
Can you take a look at it and tell me what it would take- in time, materials and costs - to remedy this once and for all. We want to renovate the house but need to take care of this first.

I have a hairline crack in the foundation that when we get heavy rain water seeps in. Also we get water around the sewer pipe and the incoming water supply.
