Reliable Basement & Crawl Space Waterproofing Solutions in Cohasset, MA

A partially finished basement in Cohasset, MA began taking on water and the homeowners were noticing a lingering dampness. Without knowing what was causing the issue or where it was located, the homeowners reached out to DryZone Basement Systems to help pinpoint what was happening. Our inspector, Nick, went out to the home and located the issue. Upon his recommendation, a TripleSafe sump pump was installed in their basement to help get any water in, pumped up and away from their home so that it won't filter back in. And because it's equipped with a 1/3 horsepower, a 1/2 horsepower, and a third battery powered backup pump - they are well protected in several situations from the risk of pump failure!

DryZone and the installation crew, lead by Steve DaSilva, installed a SmartJack to stabilize the lally columns that were compromised. There was also a leaking crack that was repaired with FlexiSpan. Finally. our spray foam technician. Matt Bezarro, came in to spray the rim joists with the foam solution.

Chris is extremely happy with the results in his new home, all of his issues were addressed and he is ready to enjoy his new investment!
