This floor in Clinton, MA was not doing so great because it was sagging downwards into the basement. The homeowner contacted us because he knew that we provide floor repair solutions.
Once he reached out to us, our appointment center was able to schedule a day for an inspector to visit the basement for a consultation. Once the date was set, the homeowner was excited for the process.
Upon the arrival, the inspector took a thorough look at the floor, then took pictures of the floor joists, took measurements and then determined the proposal. The inspector proposed to install SmartJack floor support systems under this floor. The homeowner didn't hesitate to say yes, and our production crew was scheduled to stabilize this floor.
Once the crew arrived, they began making a footing to secure each SmartJack in. This allows the system to be as strong as possible, and after they placed the SmartJacks under the floor beam. Our system was installed right along the old support posts as you will see in the picture, and ever since we raised and stabilized this floor in place, the homeowner hasn't noticed any issues ever since!
The owner of a restaurant in Clinton ,MA called us. The floors were getting wet and he needed a safe, affordable way to keep his floors dry and aesthetically pleasing. Our Call Center Representative set an appointment for a free inspection and written estimate with a System Design Specialist.
The System Design Specialist saw immediately what the appropriate solution was. He sent the crew out and they installed ThermalDry floor tiling. These tiles were in water resistant and inorganic, so no mold could grow and no damage would take place. They interlocked together, and the customer got to decide whether he wanted them in Sandstone or Canyon Beige.
Now this customer has a restaurant with water-resistant, damage-free flooring that looks beautiful!
