This crawl space in East Weymouth, MA was not structurally safe due to the sagging floor above. If this floor were to collapse, the damages and health risks could be detrimental to recover from, so our team was called upon to restore this floor back to its original level. To do so, we installed several of our SmartJacks below the floor to help keep it in place.
Each steel beam is adjustable and won't corrode, making these long-lasting and reliable! Once the SmartJacks were properly installed, this customer was impressed at the immediate impact they made. Now, this floor will remain stable to walk on thanks to the sturdy support our system provides.

We placed one of the SmartJacks near the stairs since a portion of the floor was sagging down.
Bottom is Anchored
We made sure to properly anchor each SmartJack to the floor in order to achieve ultimate stabilization.
Steel I-Beam Installed
These floor joists were very weak, so we placed our own steel I-beam to be risen against the joists to bring the floor back to the correct level.

At the top of each SmartJack is a metal plate to help distribute the weight it carries.
