A customer from Halifax, MA wanted to prevent the floor above his crawl space from collapsing. He had been faced with constant humidity in recent years, and he was worried that the humidity caused the floor support to weaken. To restore this sagging floor, we installed SmartJacks below to lift and stabilize this floor back to the correct level. Once that was done, we encapsulated the whole interior in our CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent any moisture seepage. Then, we plugged in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to push out the dry air. Now, the floor is back to normal and this crawl space will remain dry for years to come.
