Smartjack Below The Staircase
The doorway to the stairs going into the basement was sagging down, so our team placed one of our SmartJacks below this staircase.
The Old Support Post
This old support post wasn't doing the job. The bottom portion began to rust, making our SmartJacks even more of an upgrade because they are made of galvanized steel to avoid just that.
4th SmartJack
The floor above was very shady, so the more SmartJacks we installed, the more sturdy the floor will be.
Supplemental Beam
For this portion of the basement, we installed our own supplemental beam to be lifted up by the SmartJacks. The old floor beam was rotting, so putting our system along that could've damaged the beam even more knowing how weak it was.
