A customer in Hanson, MA was complaining about the condition of her floor that was sagging downwards. It would squeak whenever he'd walk on it as well, so it was time for a solution. What we found upon the inspection was a moisture issue that caused this. With so much moisture getting into this crawl space, the floor support weakened and caused it to slope down. To make sure no issues occur, our team installed SmartJacks below the sagging floor to stabilize it in place permanently and and encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier system. Now, this floor has been restored with a clean crawl space below it!

This was the gross crawl space that was muggy and humid. As you can see, the homeowner tried to put their own vapor barrier down but it wasn't effective.
