Old Support Post Base
This old support post was sitting on just a rock, which isn't the most reliable way to do this.
Struggling Support Post
Some of the wood began to rot which caused the floor support to weaken.
SmartJacks Installed
Our SmartJacks were installed on both sides of this support post. These are adjustable as well, so if future settling occurs, we can come back and make adjustments.
SmartJack Bases
The bottom portion of our SmartJacks were secured with an earth plate and clean stone. This will distribute the weight evenly at the bottom.
