A customer in Warwick, RI noticed his living room floor sagging downwards one day when he was arranging furniture. He was unsure on how to fix the issue while hoping his floor doesn't collapse. After constantly stressing about it, he decided to call us for a permanent solution. For this crawl space, our inspector noticed how humid the area was, and explained how this was the root cause of the floor support weakening. After careful observations, our team planned and installed SmartJack floor support systems below this floor to raise it back to its original level. To help minimize the amount of humidity, we encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo wall insulation.

To improve this crawl space's defense against humidity, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to improve the air quality.
