A customer in Cohasset, MA was trying to renovate his home and noticed a floor sagging down above his crawl space. When our inspector took a look below, he spotted how weak the floor support was due to the excess moisture in the area. So to solve both issues, we raised and stabilized the floor with our SmartJack floor support system and erased the humidity concerns by wrapping the area up in CleanSpace vapor barrier.

Now, the floor above is stabilized by our adjustable steel SmartJacks. Our CleanSpace will prevent the outside moisture from trying to seep in to lower the humidity!
