Excavating The Soil
In order for us to gain access to the bottom of this foundation, our team dug out the soil that was surrounding this home. We only had to do this around half of the perimeter for this job specifically.
Metal Brackets in Place
In each specific spot that was marked down, we installed metal brackets to the bottom of this foundation. We then drove down steel piers at each bracket until they all reached bedrock. This will allow us to distribute the weight of the home to the soil.
Foundation Crack!
Here, you can see one of our PushPiers installed right at this foundation wall crack. This was a visual sign that this foundation was indeed settling.
