This customer from Little Compton, RI wanted to address his uneven floor problem that he was having ever since last month. The floor felt uneven, and he believed that it was sagging downwards into the crawl space. After our inspector took a look, he found rotting everywhere in the crawl space. From the floor joists to the support posts. This crawl space was so humid that it ruined the structural integrity of the organic wood in the crawl space. To solve both issues, we raised and stabilized this floor back to the correct level using our SmartJack floor support systems. In addition we encapsulated the area with CleanSpace vapor barrier.
