This floor in Plymouth, MA was sagging down which alerted the homeowner. The homeowner called us because she didn't want the floor to collapse. This floor was in her living room, an area that is used everyday. To stabilize it, our production team installed SmartJacks under the floor to raise it and stabilize it in place. To reduce the amount of humidity in the area, we encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier.
