Foundation Repair Photo Album: Sagging Floor Issue Resolved in Fairhaven, MA

This customer owned a home with a stone foundation. In the basement, the floor above was starting to sag down a bit. This caused the customer to call us for a reliable solution. We noticed the lack of structural support under this floor, so our production team installed a steel supplemental beam to help keep the joists stabilized. Under the beam, they installed SmartJack floor support systems to raise this floor back to its even state and were able to permanently stabilize it! For additional protection, we wrapped up a portion of the basement wall with CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier to prevent future mold growth.
