To provide this homeowner with permanent stability for the floor, our production team installed SmartJacks, our reliable floor support system that is fully adjustable to raise this floor back to place!

This Support Beam was sagging a bit, so we strategically placed this SmartJack to allow the floor to stabilize and be raised back to its original level.

We secured the bottom of this SmartJack in place with fresh concrete.

Multiple SmartJacks were installed to provide the best support possible for this uneven, floor. Best part about this system, it's completely adjustable so that we can alter it in case another issue comes up.
