A homeowner in Swansea, MA was unpleasantly surprised when he found water in his basement after trusting his sump pump he got installed by a different company years ago. To add to the stress, the kitchen floor above him was sagging down a bit since the floor joists were weakened up. Not only did this job need a waterproofing solution, it needed a foundational support one as well! We got 2 bird with 1 stone! Our TrechDrain installed at the doorway is designed with a grated top to collect surface water.
Discharge Line
We wanted to make sure water got as far away as possible from this home. So we dug up a discharge line that ran from the basement, all the way to the backyard and inserted our LawnScape outlet to allow the water to disperse evenly at the end.
