When this customer from Portsmouth, RI discovered that his crawlspace was at risk of structural damages, he gave us a call immediately. In response to help with his needs, we used SmartJacks to level up the portion that was sagging down that would've led to the collapse. In addition, we realized this crawlspace was very damp and cold, so we used CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo wall insulation and a TripleSafe sump pump to achieve a fully waterproofed crawlspace!

Here is the crawlspace with the SIlverGlo onto the walls to control to room temperature! Here, you can also see the TripleSafe sump pump to push any water out!

SmartJacks and CleanSpace

To deal with the portion of the crawlspace that was sagging down, we installed SmartJacks to go right under the sagging portion. This will raise the floor back to the original spot. While the CleanSpace provides a layer to block off the moisture.

CrawlSpace Entrance

Here is the crawlspace entrance, as you can see we made sure every inch of this area was covered by either SilverGlo or CleanSpace. This will help control the temperature and prevent mold growth!
