The basement of a local business in Middleboro, MA was getting water leaking in from the bulkhead and called DryZone looking for a fix. Per our inspector, our crews installed a sump pump system with WaterGuard to collect any of that water that got in. They also installed our vapor barrier, CleanSpace, to create a protective barrier between the basement and the wall where water could seep in.

Vapor Barrier

CleanSpace helps seal moisture from the walls from getting into the basement. The barrier is tucked into the WaterGuard so any water will fall right into that system.

TrenchDrain

The TrenchDrain is great for openings, such as doorways and bulkheads. The grated system will be able to trap water before it can flow into the basement.

TripleSafe-ty

The TripleSafe system, with its three pumps, will be able to pump out any seeping water.
