This crawl space in Abington, MA had some moisture issues that the new homeowners noticed after buying the house. Our inspector was able to take a look at the situation and proposed an encapsulation of the space. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier went around the crawl space, working to keep out moisture, and a SmartSump to pump and water that would accumulate under that barrier.
