This home in Chilmark, MA has a crawlspace that was seeing some moisture and the owners wanted to be sure they were protecting the quality of the home, as the crawlspace holds a lot of the home’s support. Our crew was able to fully encapsulate the crawl with CleanSpace, which is a vapor barrier that will protect the space from moisture. Along with the barrier, a sump pump and SaniDry dehumidifier will all work together to combat any moisture.

The CleanSpace with TerraBlock and Rim Joist insulation will keep the crawl space dry and temperature controlled.

With signs of water, a TripleSafe sump pump will collect any of that water and remove it from the crawl space.
