Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Cleanspace Barrier in Cohasset, MA
This home in Cohasset, MA had a messy crawlspace that was letting moisture and critters in and the owners could not deal with it themselves anymore. One of our inspectors was able to examine the crawl and educate them on risks of moisture and the options they have to prevent any mold and rotting. During the installation, CleanSpace was added along the ground to create a barrier with SilverGlo on the walls to insulate the crawlspace. To remove the water there was a SaniDry dehumidifier that would rid the air of moisture and a TripleSafe sump pump for the water below the barrier and the dehumidifier to drain into.
Sealed Crawlspace
This rather large crawlspace was able to be sealed with the CleanSpace vapor barrier.
No Water Issue Here
The TripleSafe covers water in the ground below and any water that might seep on top of the barrier.
Crawlspace Insulation
To keep the crawlspace a temperature controlled environment, the shiny SilverGlo is used to reflect heat back into the space.
