For this summer cottage in Dennis Port, MA, moisture in the crawlspace was creating so many problems that were putting the health of the home in jeopardy. After examining the situation, one of our skilled inspectors was able to format a plan to help solve her issues. With a CleanSpace vapor barrier installed, moisture from the dirt floor would be prevented from reaching the inside, rotting the wood beams and causing mold and mildew to form. A SmartSump would collect any water that got on the inside of the barrier and pump it our of that sealed space, keeping it dry!
