This customer has 3 separate crawl spaces and a full basement that needed help. The house was built in the early 1900's. The owners had high humidity levels and the wood floors on the first floor were starting to warp. We installed CleanSpace Vapor Barrier in all of the crawl spaces along with SmartJacks to support their uneven beams. In the basement, we installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump system with WaterGuard and BrightWall to waterproof the basement and make it more suitable for storage and living space.

This existing sump pump system could not keep up with their water problem, and the open top definitely was not helping their humidity concen.

New sump pump and basement dehumidifier!

We installed a full perimeter WaterGuard system with BrightWall to clean up the walls and provide a vapor barrier. The SaniDry basement air system drains into the sump pump as it dehumidifies and purifies the air in the basement. No more humidity issues here!
