This home in West Falmouth, MA wanted to make use of their crawl space but had falling insulation, pests, and mold that were making it an unusable space. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and put together a plan that would make this space clean and safe, just what the customer wanted! With a CleanSpace vapor barrier and SaniDry Dehumidifier, the moisture causing mold in the crawl space wouldn’t stand a chance. That, combined with spray insulation to replace the falling fiberglass insulation, would be perfect to keep pest out as well. This space is now clean and usable, a perfect spot for storage!
