Wet Fiberglass Insulation
The insulation here is so heavy with moisture it is literally falling from the rim joists. It is filled with mold and bacteria.
Debris Removal and Cleanspace
Once the debris is removed we can successfully install our Cleanspace vapor barrier in the crawlspace
Sedona and SmartDrain
The Sedona is up on blocks under the Cleanspace so it can drain into the SmartDrain. The SmartDrain is installed with an alarm to alert the home owner if there is ever a plumbing leak. If the water gets too high, the alarm with sound. This is not a PUMP.
