CleanSpace
The whole crawlspace was covered with our drainage matting underneath the 20 mil plastic CleanSpace vapor barrier. The drainage matting created a space for water drainage
Boxed In
The utilities are boxed in with our TrenchDrain grate
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe is tucked into a corner, the black box next to it is the battery for the back up pump
CleanSpace and WaterGuard
The CleanSpace is tucked into the flange of the WaterGuard which creates a gap between the wall for water to drip down into the french drain
Wrapped Crawlspace
The crawlspace is wrapped like a present in CleanSpace. No area is left exposed
SuperSump
The extra sump pump is placed in another corner of the basement. When a basement is so large and there is so many square feet of WaterGuard, there needs to be another sump pump for the water to drain to.
Doorway Protection
The TrenchDrain not only protects the mechanical devices in the basement, it also stops water from crossing the threshold of a basement door.
