Martha's Vineyard is a small island off the coast of Cape Cod. A beautiful place to visit or live. However, being an island means the basements of these cottages are very damp. Moist air is constantly entering the basement or crawlspace. This causes mold if not properly treated. We installed the SaniDry XP in this Vineyard Haven home. We can drain the SaniDry to an existing sump pump or we can install a condensate pump that would drain outside of the home. No more emptying nasty water!
SaniDry XP
The SaniDry XP Basement Air System is a powerful and extremely effective dehumidifier . It dries out the air and automatically drains the water from a hose so you never have to empty a bucket of water. It takes ten times te amount of water out of the air than a traditional, store bought dehumidifier and it uses the same energy!
Condensate Pump
This is the hose that drains the water from the SaniDry in the basement. That hose can be placed inside a sump pump or, in this case, cored through the foundation.
