Cleanspace
Cleanspace covers the entire crawlspace which stops the moisture from the soil from permeating up into the home. In conjunction with a SaniDry and a SmartDrain, this is the perfect system.
SmartDrain
On the left side of the picture you can see the SmartDrain. This is a sump liner that has an alarm (the red disc on top of the liner). This is to alert the homeowner if there is a plumbing leak or if the water level is getting high in the liner.
Spray Foam
Our spray foam is applied to the rim joists in a basement or crawlspace. It seals any holes in the foundation so air cannot flow in or out.
