This customer wanted to turn his summer home in Charlestown, RI into his full time residence. He and his wife could not stand the musty smell that was radiating through the entire home. After meeting with his system design specialist, Derek, he knew the culprit was the crawlspace. We installed Cleanspace, drainage matting, Silverglo and we sprayed his rim joist to seal the crawlspace from allowing outside and unconditioned air inside. He was very happy with the results and they look forward to moving in.
