After the initial inspection in 2013 the customer knew they wanted to work with our no pressure company. Three years later we installed a full CleanSpace encapsulation with a SmartDrain so the customer would be alerted if there was ever a plumbing leak in the crawlspace. We also installed a SaniDry CX to keep moisture and humidity low in the crawlspace, improving the air quality in the whole home!
