The home owner in Barrington, Rhode Island had recently moved in to this property. They knew there had been some water problems in the past ten years or so but the previous home owner had taken some precautionary steps to waterproofing and had a sump pump installed. There was a problem area still not taken care of though which was the crawl space under the home. The new home owner knew that this area had to be insulated properly and needed a proper vapor barrier.
