The called DryZone for a free estimate and met with our owner Todd Lutinski. Todd was able to come up with an excellent crawl space solution which included CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting and rim joist spray foam insulation.

The vapor barrier that was installed in the crawl space is called CleanSpace. Under the lining barrier is a drainage mat which is ridged to flow any access water towards the sump pump system. CleanSpace liner has multiple layers of plastic and is mold and water resistant. This material is very durable and seals off moisture.
