Crawlspace in Need of Additional Support in Jamaica Plain, MA
Challenge
When this homeowner initially reached out to DryZone in 2022, he was in need of a solution for having a vapor barrier and new insulation installed in his Jamaica Plain, MA crawlspace. Our team was happy to help solve the issue, and installed our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier system, along with SilverGlo insulation along the exterior walls. For protection against moisture, he also opted to have the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier installed in the crawlspace. However, this past spring - this homeowner reached out to DryZone again to have our company provide a quote for additional structural support to be done.
Solution
Our inspector, Rick, performed his inspection and determined that SmartJack support system would provide the additional support that was needed within this crawlspace. Within a week, this client had signed off on having DryZone come back out to perform the work. Having already established a good connection with DryZone, and trust within the solutions we have been able to provide for them thus far - it was an easy decision!
