CleanSpace and SaniDry Solution in Marshfield, MA
Challenge
As this home in Marshfield, MA was again, the crawlspace was becoming a source of that musty odor that this home owner was unfortunately smelling. He mad a call to our appointment center because he had heard of DryZone Basement Systems online and was intrigued by all the previous work we have done. Upon arrival, the inspector found the area to be damp with visible mold growth with a high relative humidity. The dampness was causing the air quality to be poor, so it was time for a change!
Solution
The inspector recommended two of our products, CleanSpace vapor barrier and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace is our thick liner that covers the crawlspace floor and walls that prevents moisture from getting in. The SaniDry will remove excess moisture from the air, improving the air quality. This was a no brainer for the homeowner as he agreed to the job, and the crew was able to successfully clean out the debris, apply the CleanSpace vapor barrier all over and installed the SaniDry Sedona.
This musty crawlspace is now a thing of the past, and this customer felt a wave of relief after we serviced his crawlspace!
