SaniDry Sedona Project In Housatonic, MA
Challenge
A customer in Housatonic, MA had one of our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifiers installed back in 2010, and it wasn't until 2018 that he needed a new one. The humidity level was set at 48% and never had issues until now, where the humidity rose up to 59%. Also, the dehumidifier would continuously run, which could evenually lead to the system overheating. As a company, we want to keep the systems we install clean and functioning for the longevity of people's homes. So in response, we sent a service technician to look further into the issue.
Solution
After looking closely, the service technician found that the air filter was old, the fan had an error causing it to not turn on when it had to be. Under warranty, we installed a new SaniDry Sedona so that this homeowner has a brand new version of our high performing dehumidifier. As a company, we will make sure this system gets consistent maintenance checks!
