Challenge
When this customer called they stated that they had a dirty crawlspace that needed to be encapsulated. We sent out a Systems Design Specialist to formulate a plan to help the homeowner.
Solution
Our company installed 500 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier. They wrapped the piers, removed debris and regraded the floor drainage. A SmartDrain was added to remove water from the space and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was plugged in to omit odors, mold and moisture from the air.
