Challenge

A damp, musty crawl space that would have standing water a few times a year, created a need for this customer to research crawl space repair companies on Nantucket. He had experienced major equipment being ruined in the crawl space by flooding and wanted a permanent solution. Todd Lutinski set up a free estimate to inspect the crawl space and develop a solution that worked for the customer.  

Solution

The crew installed CleanSpace with TerraBlock and Drainage Matting to seal the crawl space. A SaniDry CX air system was installed to control humidity and purify the air. The crew also installed a SmartSump to remove any standing water before it could damage any equipment.
