Sealed Crawlspace in Harwich, MA

Challenge

Alex had a dirt crawlspace in Harwich, MA that was developing condensation and was worried about mold growing under his home. With a little bit of research and asking around, he found DryZone had solutions with solid reviews to support and decided to give us a call for a free estimate. Alex and our inspector discussed the reasons behind the excessive moisture and how the altering temperatures in and out of the crawlspace were a big factor. Solution

The install went great, Ricky and his team worked hard to line the crawlspace with our CleanSpace, a vapor barrier that seals the inside of the crawl from the out. This makes the inside a controlled environment and keeps moisture and pests out! So, by keeping the moisture out, Alex will be protecting the crawlspace from his main concern, mold and rot.
