Messy Crawlspace Makeover in West Falmouth, MA

The Crawlspace of this home was a dirty and useless nuisance for these homeowners in West Falmouth, MA! The falling insulation and drafty space became the perfect area for moisture and pests to thrive in. After struggling to deal with this issue on their own, the owners contacted DryZone Basement Systems to try and help make this waste of space into a clean, safe, and functioning area.

Solution

Once we got a look at the crawlspace, our Design Specialist Sam Crowley drafted a plan to encapsulate the space and add some new insulation, as well as a dehumidifier to keep the area and its contents dry. The CleanSpace vapor barrier added a layer of protection to the inside of the crawlspace and offered a sense of control, keeping water and pests outside where they belong. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier would work to take any moisture out of the air and was extremely convenient for the owners as it is a self-draining system. It was the perfect plan that was installed and continues to work for this home.
