Quincy, MA Crawlspace Gets Encapsulated

This damp, musty, dirt floor crawlspace in Quincy, MA was in need of some work to bring it up to date. The most important items included the installation of a vapor barrier and a dehumidifier to help keep those issues under control, as well as to help create a barrier between the dirt floor and the main living space's subfloor.
