Ryan conducted the annual maintenance today and I couldn't me more satisfied. He provided great information on sump pump and things to look for during rainy seasons that could problematic.  Additionally, he did an exceptional job with removing the temporary tapped ice guard (that had the water back flow issue),  and rebuilt a permanent ice guard that looks very professional. He also redirected the discharge towards the drywell that's located in front of my street to allow better water discharge away from the house that significantly reduced the water pooling in my yard.  Please pass on to your supervisor the outstanding work by Ryan today and how appreciative I am for his professionalism and problem solving skills to correct the issue I had with the ice guard.
