After taking a look, our inspector Connor came up with a solution that would keep water out of the basement during any storm. On installation day, our crew, lead by our foreman Ryan, got to work. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor and put our TrenchDrain grated basement drain in front of the stairs that led outside. The crew also installed our TripleSafe sump pump. Outside of the home, our IceGuard discharge line system was installed to prevent flooding from clogged or frozen discharge lines.
