During WaterGuard Drainage System Installation
During the WaterGuard Drainage System Installation, the floor around the edge of the basement is jackhammered, and a layer of clean stone is set down. The perimeter drain is installed on top of the stone, and is backfilled with more clean stone. WaterGuard is used to collect water from the basement wall-floor joint, the basement walls, and from under the basement floor, and direct it to the installed sump pump.

After WaterGuard Drainage System Installation
After installation, the floor is restored using our system that does not leave a gap around the perimeter of the basement floor which can collect dust, debris, and other items that can clog your waterproofing system. The WaterGuard Port is left visible.

IceGuard Discharge Line System
The IceGuard is installed outside of the home to prevent flooding from clogged or frozen discharge lines. Without IceGuard, the discharge water will likely seep back into the basement, especially when temperatures drop below freezing.
