Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Drainage System Install for Existing Chatham, MA Client

This homeowner is an existing client of DryZone's, where we had done some waterproofing work in 2017. A new issue had arisen in the basement, with a leak coming through what the owner thought was just a pipe penetration in the unfinished part of a partially finished basement. When our inspector got there, he discovered there was water also coming up through the wall/floor joint in the foundation, and recommended our WaterGuard system to be extended along this wall. Our crew diligently installed this new length of drainage system, as well as another feed line through the middle section of the lowest part of the floor where water was puddling, and redirected both back to the existing pump station. A half-wall section of our CleanSpace Wall basement vapor barrier system was also installed along the concrete block section of the foundation, including where the the pipe and utility line penetrations are. This portion of the basement is now just as well protected as the work we had done previously! Thank you for trusting DryZone to return to solve these new challenges!
