This unfinished basement located in Wayland, MA has cinderblock walls, a concrete floor, and an issue with water seeping into the basement. The homeowner believed it to be coming up through the floor mostly, but could see spots along the bottom of the wall that also showed evidence of leaks. Our inspector, Jacob, performed an inspection to determine what could be done, and discussed with the homeowner his recommendations, and our lead foreman Kervin would take care of installing the system exactly as laid out in the proposal!
