Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing System Upgrade for Providence, RI Basement
This unfinished, concrete basement in Providence, RI was suffering from water issues for potentially a hundred years. Concrete is such a porous material, that will unfortunately allow for infiltration as soon as water can find the weak spot. That seemed to be part of the issue that this basement was facing. Our inspector, David, identified these concerns and relayed them to the homeowners, who agreed that something needed to be done to address them. With the installation of our WaterGuard sub-floor french drain system, a TripleSafe sump pump with the UltraSump 4 battery back up included, and TrenchDrain grated-top drainage systems - they are well prepared to handle any water issues that might come their way!
WaterGuard drainage system
Installed cleanly along the foundation wall/floor joint to capture water from both entry points.
TripleSafe Protection
Installed so that it sits flush with the floor, and battery back up charging box is right near by!
WaterGuard & TrenchDrain
The open top grated surface of TrenchDrain allows for it to capture water from above that may seep in from doorways, and connects seamlessly to the WaterGuard right beside it.
