WaterGuard Installed
Our WaterGuard sits flush with the floor except one small flange near the foundation wall to help catch seepage from potential wall cracks.
WaterGuard Ports
In this photo, you can see the WaterGuard port - the small light grey semi-circle cover - which allows our technicians and installers to flood test and access the drainage system at different points along the perimeter. This will help identify and clear out any blockages of sand, dirt, or iron if there happens to be any building up in the drainage system.
TripleSafe Liner
Our TripleSafe liner and housing also sits flush with the basement floor and encloses these particular homeowner's existing pump system.
Exterior Discharge
Our installation crews work carefully and diligently to ensure they do as little damage as possible to lawns and landscaping. Here you can see only faint traces of where the discharge line runs, and once spring hits and the grass is growing once again - it will be practically invisible!
Low-Profile IceGuards
Our IceGuards serve an important purpose of allowing water to exit the discharge lines in the event that they become frozen. Water will still be able to escape from the tops of the IceGuards as a built in, back-up fail safe!
