This unfinished basement in a condo complex in Pembroke, MA was in need of waterproofing attention. After years of taking on water in their unfinished basement - these homeowners were motivated to make a change, and their condo association was willing to help! Thank goodness they contacted DryZone, and our team was able to come out and install multiple waterproofing systems throughout the complex.This creates much safer homes for the folks living in them, increases the value of the property for the neighborhood, and shows the willingness of the property management company to help out their homeowners in difficult situations - and DryZone gets to help be the catalyst for those changes!
